We offer various web development services as outlined on our website. Each
project will begin with a consultation phase, followed by detailed project planning,
development, and deployment stages.

3. Payments and Refunds
a. All fees must be paid in accordance with the payment terms specified in the
service agreement or invoice provided.

b. Refunds for Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you change your mind about the services after work has commenced or after the project has been approved in any phase.
c. Once a project has commenced, after payment has been made, no refunds will
be issued if you decide to terminate the project midway.
d. Full refunds are only possible if we fail to start your project within 5 working
days after receiving payment.

4. Approval of Work
a. Upon completion of any stage of the project, you will be provided with an
opportunity to review the output. If you do not provide us with written feedback or
concerns within 5 business days, the work will be considered approved.
b. Once approved, any subsequent changes may be subject to additional charges.

5. Client Responsibilities
a. You are responsible for providing all necessary information, materials, and
access to resources as may be required for us to perform the agreed-upon

6. Intellectual Property
a. Upon full payment, you will own the final web development work. However, we
retain ownership of all preliminary works and original creative content.
b. We grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the final
products for your business.

7. Liability and Indemnity
a. We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising
out of or in connection with our services.
b. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TexasBrains and its affiliates
from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, losses, and expenses arising out of
your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Termination
a. Either party may terminate the service agreement if the other party breaches
these Terms and Conditions and fails to correct the breach within [specify number
of days] days following written notice.
b. Upon termination, all remaining balances become immediately due and payable.

10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute
through mutual negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be settled by
