The Challenge

The business came to Texas Brain during initial product research and development, in need of a full brand strategy and go to market product launch. This included product naming, package design, brand identity and strategy and messaging, creative art direction, eCommerce website design and development, and digital marketing services. This included SEO and email marketing.

The Approach

Our journey began by taking a deep dive in the competitive landscape of CBD and providing a comprehensive competitive marketing analysis and consumer insight research which guided the brand strategy positioning focused on segmented target audiences. Scope of the project work included everything from brand naming, art direction and creative, as well as Shopify development, and ongoing digital marketing campaign management. The result, a product launch with successful distribution and brand acquisition.

The key to success from an architectural and business management standpoint was to create a new framework for product organization. Once established, visual design was expanded for the brand. 

The project we gave them was quite tedious as it involved moving a highly customized website over to a new hosting platform, but they did a great job and were very easy to work with along the way. They did a beautiful redesign of the frontend of the website as well, and we love how it turned out.
